DVD Playing errors with PowerDVD 7.0

Since now, regardless on which version of MP I am using (RC1, RC2, RC3) I was not able ton configure myDVD that I am able to achieve a stable DVD playback. I am using PowerDVD 7.0 as video and audio codec. There are a few DVD movies which playback fine (Lord of the rings). Most of the DVDs from a videothek doesn't play. The first few scenes with advertisments are often played correctly but the system hangs before entering the dvd menu. Often there is than only a black picture and MP hangs. All DVDs are played correctly by PowerDVD istelf outside from MP. I tried already DVD43 but I removed it allready from my system because of a lot of system breakdowns if DVD43 doesn't recognized the copy protection correctly.

Can anybody please tell me, how it is possible to play all DVDs with MP and Powerdvd codecs (or MVP / Dscaler) I didn't installed ffdshow till now. Is this necessary ??
