Default Layout won't stay put

Just trying out Mp so bare with me here.

When I set the default layout view in My Videos to filmstrip it always returns to list. This only happens in My Videos. My Music works fine.

When in My Videos filmstrip view. I click on a dvd cover and the movie plays (sometimes). Wouldn't it be better to go to the page you get when clicking on IMBD and then click on play from there????

Setup\movies\movie folder\edit, select view as filmstrip should do it.

I'm having this exact problem, Film strip won't stay. Surely someone knows how to fix this?

Thanks.

I had the same problem and finally it figured out. Go to Setup\movies\movie views and toggle the "View:" to Title (assuming that's what you're default sorting is) and make sure that you then switch that "ViewAs" to Filmstrip. Worked for me!
