Tivo like display of progress bar when pressing "Play"

Hi there,

on my Tivo when I press the "Play" button it displays the progress bar for about 5 seconds (or until I press "Play" again). On Media Portal I can see the Progress Bar (the way I'd like to see it) only when I hit the "Pause" button (or the "Info" button followed by "Exit").

Is there any way to customize the "Play" action to display the same progress bar that shows up when I hit "Pause"?

I don't mind using the info button, but it would be nice if the osd timed out after a few seconds

You can set this up yourself by using the key mappings.
For the Play Button, add an event for full screen video and set it for "Show Info".
You can add another one for "Show Info" and set it for full screen video.
This way, pressing play again will turn the info off.

You can also set the time out for the info display in the OSD settings in the General options.
