Hi,
Great to see that development of the Video editor is still active!

I have a suggestion; would it be possible to improve the workflow within the plugin? When I record a movie that I want to keep for some time I have to:
1. Use Cut to remove commercials and trim the beginning and end
2. Go back and use Convert to convert to mpg
3. Go somewhere else to rename output file
4. Use file explorer to move the output file to another folder

I think it would be great if the plugin supported this work flow with less user interaction. Maybe allow for setting the output format and output folder in the MP configuration. All the user should have to do is provide a list of cuts and an optional new file name.
Then the cutting, conversion, renaming, copying and delete of the original file should be handled by the plugin!

Why?
I must to install same codec (i always use ffdshow to read divx/xvid)?
Now i use MP 0.2.2.0 + latest SVN

thanks.

NB: 2 days ago i converted an other TV recorder to Divx (700 MB about) and is all OK (MP read this file).
Dont know why, perhaps the conversion was aborted and the avi file is corrupted.
Thats why not every player can play it.

Yes, a queue option would be good in this plugin.

Hi kaybe.
the conversion i thinks is OK. I repeat the conversion 3 time from the same mpeg file, but MP can't play it.(the mpeg file is good)

Try to enconde the movie outside of MP with mencoder. Maybe it's an mencoder issue...
