Country: | Hi angusmann, Does dugg.exe (version 5.x) stop for a short while and then restart during an update, like the previous version did? The reason that I ask is that I use PVR Scheduler to wake the PC, launch dugg.exe and then put the PC back to standby when dugg.exe has completed. If dugg.exe stoped for a short while during the update process, then PVR Scheduler is likely to put the PC to standby before the EPG grab has completed. |

| Yes...the program shuts itself down in order to upgrade, and I know this will mess with scheduling programs. I'm half-way thru writing a "shell" program in order to avoid messing up scheduling programs. Hopefully I will get it off the ground during the weekend. Previously I "solved" the problem by making the program update itself when it was about to close anyway, but this created more problems than it solved. When I've got the shell working properly I will post it on the forums, and via the mailing list. Quote:

| Hi First I'd like to say this is a great program. I am however having one small problem. It only seems to give me program data till Saturday. I have told it to grab 9 days worth. I have watched it carefully when the program is running and it seems to grab it ok. When I then look at it in MediaPortal it says no tv data available as soon as its Sunday (except sbs). Any suggestions thanks |
