Country: | I need some help with webepg - I followed the webepg guide in the manual and the XmlTv guide in the wiki. I have imported the tvguide.xml in the XmlTv plugin and all looks ok. However I must be missing something however as when I check the tv guide in MP there is no data in it. ![]() I assume that the settings in TV Epg Grabber tab of TV Server Config have no effect once the xmltv plugin is active - is that correct? By the way the MP manual refers to Quote:
which doesn't seem to exist in the latest MP RC1 |SVN release. Last edited by entrecour; 2008-05-24 at 08:18. Reason: quotes | |

Country: | Thanks for the link - it looks like I have the same problem as mortstar in the thread you pointed me to. I have generated tvguide.xml and this and xmltv.dtv are present in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xmltv (I am on Vista). I am pointing to this path in xmltv plug in TV-Server config. I have successfuly mapped and imported tvguide.xml. But when I immediately check the TV Guide in MP I can see the schedule for approx 30 seconds but then it disappears and there is "No Data Available" listed against each tv channel! ![]() I have attached my logs. P.S. In TV-Server Config, General Settings, EPG I have unticked all the boxes - is that correct? |

Country: | I found the solution to this! I had to untick all the channels in TV Epg Grabber tab of TV Server Config. Now my epg is pretty much complete apart from a few channels for which the grabber failed or which are missing in the grabber list (e.g. History HD, Silver HD). |
