WebEPG Grabs no Data

I'm using WebEPG in the US and I've followed the guide in the manual. Everything seems to be set up fine. BUT nothing gets grabbed by WebEPG. I end up with a TVguide.xml that only contains the channels but no programs to go with it. I checked the logs for WebEPG.log and it came up with this:

I noticed that it seemed to be a timezone problem and that my tv_yahoo_com.xml file lacked a timezone tag. I put in "Eastern Standard Time" and it got rid of that error but still failed to get any channel information, doing the exact same thing as before:

I do not know what to do next. Is the grabber file itself messed up? Is there a fix for this? Or should I just try using another grabber (like xmltv)?
