WebEPG problems

Hi, I have not been having much luck with webEPG lately. I have a DVB-T and a DVB-S card so need to grab all of the UK Free-Sat EPG data using webEPG. I have set it all up correctly, I think, to grab from Radiotimes and Digiguide for 14 days worth of programe info. 95% of the time when I run webEPG to grab data it returns a file of about 7.5 meg and if i look at the webEPG log info I can see that it is missing quite a few channels, I can verify this by searching in the TVGuide.xml file for certain programe info whihc isn't there. 5% of the time when I run webEPG to grap programe info it works perfectly returning a file of about 11.5 meg, and I can search the TVgude.xml and see all programe info is present, but most of the time it's not working correctly. I have attached the webEPG.log and here is a sample of the error below:

I have just subscribed to Digiguide, which has ALL the TV listings you'll ever need. How can I consistantly get reliable Free-sat EPG data into MP. It is impossible to record stuff in MP with the EPG data, possible to do a manual record but not very practicle. There must be others with the same issue?

Anybody know anything at all about this subject? For me the UK EPG is the weekest link in MediaPortal, could really do with someone looking into this please.

Ive allways had similar issues with using mydigiguide so gave up and stuck with the radiotimes grabber. Seems to work perfectly, its a shame though because the data in mydigiguide is very good and would prefer to use that.
