Ich hab auch schon verschiedene andere Grabber ausprobiert (auch mit dem Test-Programm) aber überall dasselbe Ergebnis.

Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte?

This is very strange. Can you find your time zone in the registry:

Local Machine ->
"SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\Time Zones" or
"SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Tim e Zones"

Can you tell me what the key name (folder in regedit) is and the "std" value are?

Keyname is "W. Europe Standard Time".
Value for std is "Westeuropäische Normalzeit".

It crashes with "sandpit hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden" (in english: sandpit has encountered a problem and needs to close).

The Error seems to be a faulty entry for Central Brazilian Standard Time.

I deleted this key and now it's working. Thanks for your help and pointing me into the right direction.

Can you tell me what was missing in the "Central Brazilian Standard Time" entry. I would like to add some extra error handling so that no one else has a problem in future.

Strangely there was nothing in it.

I think it was more of a problem with my installation than a common error.
