Tvserver settings: CAM limit =1 to tuner 1. Tuner 2 is still disabled. CAM model is default. No EPG grabbing. No card preload. Tunig using STop card. Generic Network provider

Step to reproduce: 
	- Tune 1st channel unscrambled: ARTE HD
	- 1st channel tunes well and is being played.
	- Tune 2nd unscrambled channel: BFM TV
	- 2nd Channel tunes well and is being played.

	- Tune to scrambled channel : cine+ emotion
	- channel tunes well and is being descrambled

	- Tune 1st channel unscrambled: ARTE HD
	- 1st channel tunes well and is being played.
	- Tune 2nd unscrambled channel: BFM TV
	- 2nd Channel tunes well and is being played.
