I can run a repair on the database just fine with "mysqlcheck mptvdb --auto-repair -e -u root -p --password=MediaPortal" as well.

I also had the issue that sometimes on channel change the sound got lost. Tried the StopMod45, StopMode41 which didn't work very well for me.
