All the channels seems to work perfect - even th HD ones - EXECPT TV3+ HD. After a few minutes I begin to have severe stutting in picture and Audio.
This is the ONLY channel where I experience these problems...

Problem solved - muppet network setup. I had configured a static IP address on the client PC with my router as the DNS server rather than my actual server. As I'm running in a domain, the server then assumed that the client was outside the domain, and blocked some (but not all) ports.

I have the same issue as you, with Yamaha rx-v765 and LG PK760 TV. HDMI out from an i7 3770k PC.
When i set the Audio out to TV or TV+AMP i got only Dolby Digital, but when i set it to AMP i got Dolby Digital, DTS Audio and Dolby Digital Plus.
Only if i turn the TV off then it shows TrueHD and DTS-MA.

It doesn't like the aac audio on NZ freeview. If you deselect any aac channels leaving only ac3 it should work.
If you want to trim the video you can try Avidemux 2.6 (use 32 bit version as it doesn't crash on exit), it is free and open source. Select ts or mkv as output format and deselect the aac tracks in the audio menu. Copying...
