This is a common fault with the 0.2x
First thing to perform is the following.
Make sure you perform multiple scans. One at 7 AM, one at 3PM and one at 9PM. This is so that you pick up the maximum channels that were off-air during the previous scan.

Here's how I got my TV Guide right:
1. Using notepad, open up the mytvguide.xml for your appropriate skin
2. Backup the original (e.g. mytvguide.bak)

DVB-S2 card + Cyberlink H.264 + AnyDVD-HD.
AstraHD_Promo MPEG2 is OK but AstraHD_Promo H.264 don't play (black screen).
DVBViewer3.6 play H.264 channel.
Also with BlurayDisk it doesn't work. It show error "Insert Disk".
(PowerDVD7.3ultra play BD correctly)

Using DVB dual tuner works better as I don't have to bother with all the crappy MS patches to get both tuners working at once. Plus, as I currently use my desktop for MP currently, its great to be able to record without firing up MP (or forgetting to), and being able to stream to my laptop (most of the time!)
