When you (for some unknown reason) have a movie packed within several RAR-files, you can't at the moment not watch it in MP without...
I actually just noticed that the Core AVC don't even use the GPU to decode the h.264 and I even managed to run the trailers I downloaded without problem on a Athlon XP 2000+ with a Nvidia 440MX card with absolutely no problem. :-)
Next version of the Core AVC will even utilize GPU support... we will se about that.

After some serious work on the MPEG decoder I think I have solved many of the audio/video synchronisation and timeline problems...

Hi, lost my system tray icon after upgrading to the latest version, but used graphedit to prove still useing nvidia codec.

This is the most weird thing I have ever seen. I don't know how it works, but it worked for me.
I used to have the tray icon only...
Also remember that switchmode (PC, TV etc) power supplies are way more efficient than linear (big heavy iron core) power supplies, but they will still be lucky to reach aound 80% efficiency.
This means that whatever power level you work out for your PC will also need at least 20% more from the power outlet to maintain.

imdb files are automatically saved, so that if you go to video's and select a films icon, that already has the info and hit the i button, will take you straight to film info.
If your not getting the dvd cover as your icon on any films you may have, then you have got a problem.
