Well, that didn't help. :( I did however found something that REALLY helped. Turning off the refresh rate changer in MediaPortal's General Options. Now everything syncs 100% with ReClock. Maybe I should post a bug report in the Refresh Rate Changer thread?

Hi. I've read through your instructions a few times; they're fine. I can't seem to find out how to assign a profile to an application though. I've looked in all of the panels of the graphics manager and found nothing clearing indicating this ability. Am I looking in the wrong place?

As with all things - they work for some people, not for others. In this case I have been unlucky
With the 6450 the 11.11 drivers caused total corruption of one of my HD channels. Changed to 11.4 and all was ok.
But then the main problem is the HDMI port, if I use it then I get 'hum bars' across the TV at 50hz. Looking into this it...

I just couldn't get the HD4000 to work for me even with latest drivers. The problem with the HD4000 is inconsistent performance in video playback, some videos (depending on bitrate and fps) I just really struggle to get playback not stuttering or if not stuttering then not in sync.. Core AV codec gave smooth playback but out of sync...

Well, the blurry fonts where caused by an imagescan of my TV. Somehow it resetted after installing a new videocard. So my TV decreased the size of the 'image' while ATI and the NVIDIA card upscaled it all to make if fit again. After a complete new install I figured out that this was causing the blurry font. Still though... the ATI...

Hi There,
im currently using an Intel NUC (i5-5250U) with an internal Intel HD Graphics 6000 card,
Unfortunately this card is not able to play UHD content (Movies/TV).
So my first thought was about getting an external Graphics card which would allow me to watch UHD Movies/TV at 60hz. Gaming is not relevant for me.
I would appreciate...

Thanks,

Quick followup - finished making the VGA->SCART this evening and it works! (this is for Radeon 7200).
I did add the extra circuit for generating the composite from H+V syncs - I put it on a switch. As it happens I didn't need it, powerstrip allows setting the composite sync and it works.
Out of interest I tried disabling...

Looks like my Windows was crapping up really.
Admittedly I changed motherboard, CPU and RAM in January and was surprised Windows 10 survived that in the first place.
At least it kept me going for 5 months.

It used to run even hotter until I forced the space open as far as I...
