I'm sure this is a novice question...When I read through wiki pages, I notice all of the great links that can carry me to other related information. Due to the quantity, I can't imagine that everyone is creating these manually. What can be used to automagically create these links? Thanks for any and all info provided.

If you rescale an IE window on MP homepage, the right column (the one starting with Quicklinks) disappear and no lower horizontal bar is displayed.
