I haven't noticed that kind of behavior, so I don't know. But if the system isn't stable, it writes error messages to the log. Generally speaking, all actions are recorded in a log file. But...

The first scan may use up a few resources, but it should run smoothly afterward. Especially since the scan runs in the background and pauses when playback begins.

I understand that the problem is with MP2, but if we're talking about MP1, then I can confirm that it works.

Really nice for devs, considering the small number who continue to offer their free time to maintain/improve MP1... Weather plugin is working !

Has it been a while? Actually, the final tweaks to the MP1 1.39 beta version are currently underway.

I guess you could set up a proxy... it would receive V1 requests from the plugin and convert them to V4, retrieve the information, and send it back...
