Just for anyone else who has a similar problem this was caused by a hot summer, TV worked until things got hot, and then worked again once the evening cool arrived, faulty LNB. Replaced LNB with a new one and TV is back working as it should be.

These are the logs for when it is working and then suddenly just freezes. Strangely it does not do this during evening TV viewing. Thanks

Hi I am either loosing the TV service which is running, i.e. I am watching it and the picture freezes and nothing more is received, or if I try and start the system I get no signal. This usually seems to happen when I try and start the TV late afternoon and the problem will have gone around...
