I had a series for which the importer decided to only import 2 of the 7 episodes.
The episodes were named the same except for the episode number, so I couldn't understand why it decided to import the first 2 and not the other episodes.
So what I did was rename the other episodes slightly...
Seems that I have solved it.
I found this on the forum.
You can disable the Volume OSD inside Mediaportal configuration.
And that did the trick !! (at least didn't see the bar inside the menu like before, fingers crossed, but I think it worked )
So just go to "General" --> "Volume Settings"
and...
I'm seeing this bar everywhere !!
In every menu it appears and disappears, as soon as I press a button on the remote it appears again.
I thought it was a progress bar of some sort.
Forgot to mention that I'm using the StreamedMP skin, on my other pc I have MP 1.20 and the white dotted line isn't in that version, so it's probably something new introduced in MP 1.23.
I'll post a picture today.
Since I have MP 1.23, I have this annoying sort of progress indicator on the top of my screen in the middle. I'll post a picture tomorrow, anyone has an idea how to disable it ?
It's basically a line of numerous little white dots.
I've upgraded Mediaportal to 1.23 and I've installed MP-TvSeries to the latest version 4.3.3.10
I have at least one issue with a series that instead of the 7 episodes available, only imports the first 2 episodes.
I've tried to delete the Api Cache folder, like you've suggested to another user...
I think I once installed 1.20 or something and got some playback which had tearing in it. So I went back to 1.15.
Keep in mind that my pc has a AMD dual core processor and maybe 4gb of memory, so it's not the worlds fastest pc. My graphics card is onboard, I think an Ati Radeon HD 3450 or...
I've tried the 4.3.3.5 version ( didn't tried later versions, because it isn't just a .dll swap and I'm affraid I'll be stuck with a permanent non-working MPTVseries)
I've tried the Titan skin like you've suggested, but it also says wrong skin file.
I can try updating the skin, but I'm already...
Here are the Log files.
I hope these are enough to pinpoint the problem.
I haven't tried the latest version of the plugin yet.
Maybe it works with 4.3.3.5, 4.3.3.6 or 4.3.3.7,
I'll try it as soon as possible.
When I first tried the new dll, I was still using mptvseries 4.1.0.2890 or something like that.
So not the fault of the latest version.
I thought that the error came because of me not using the latest mptvseries version, so I updated to the latest version, but still the error came.
I will do that tomorrow.
Maybe I just need to set my language to English ?
Yes, I reverted back to the old dll and that works.
I used the importer with the new dll and it updated everything perfectly, then put back the old dll and all was good.
