0002173: Replace SharpZipLib DotNetZip (MPIMaker)
Patch attached.
For now it just replaces the old zip lib with the new one. Files are still compatible, and newly created mpe1 files are supposed to be identical to previously created mpe1 files.

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help!
