As topic says... remove the ATI related flickering hack (copy video surface to texture inside EVR / VMR9 - dshowheper.dll)
reasoning:
- Doesn't cure all the flickering (there are still setups that are affecthed by the flickering)
- Catalyst 10.2 driver version seems to improve the rendering quality alot (no flickering in many setups)
- Lower end GPUs are unable to play 1080p/i material (hack causes huge memory bandwidth requirement increase)
- No need to punish Nvidia card owners
