[TV] 1.1 client & 1.02 TV server (1 Viewer)

Is the 1.1 client incompatible wih the 1.02 server? I did an upgrade on my client and the a complete removal and re-install.
Will connect to the 1.02 server and play TV at first (but no TV guide info. Then after that can't connect and the guide display is missing. I change the group to local, not All Channels, with no effect.

Is this a simple incompatibility?
Or something simple I'm missing?

I just updated my server to 1.1 SVN with no issues. Smoothest major update so far.
Everything running very well.
And my client notebook now accesses the server TV database correctly.
Was surprised that Backup settings restored to the correct locations in the new setup (Program Data now holding the skin files).
