[fixed] 1.2b TVServer: Unable to prioritize cards using drag-drop (1 Viewer)

In the TV Server config GUI, under TV Servers > [machinename]> TV Cards, the various cards are NOT re-ordered, despite allowing you to drag-n-drop them inbetween other list items.

Similarly, the column headers can be clicked with a visual depress, but the columns don't actually sort.

You are absolutely right even if it is not the most serious of bugs (I can confirm this bug). There are still ways to sort the cards, and it is something that should only be done once. It is just one of those UI inconsistencies.

However, a bug is a bug, so:
I have added it to mantis.

A patch from the community to fix this would be much welcome. Otherwise I fear it may be postponed, certainly I am not going to pester our devs about this.
