1. Fresh install of XP Pro SP2
2. All uptodate device drivers installed.
3. Install FFdhow 20060823-rev2546
3. Install .Net 1.1 + 1.1 SP1 + 2.0
4. Instally MP 0.2.2.0

Load MP and there is 5-10% cpu on the "home" and "plugins" screen.. Every other screen (my pictures, music, videos, waether, settings) is using 100% cpu just to display the screen and without navigating around. The navigation is very very slow because of the 100% cpu on these UI screens.

Whats even stranger is when I add an under powered PSU 250w, the 100% cpu usage for the UI rops to 5-10% on every screen and all is fine. But then my PC is highly unstable and switches off occasionally without warning due to lack of power.

Also when using the under powered PSU 250w 3D accelerated games do not load.

With the 350w PSU, all my 3D games suddenly work fine, but MP starts using 100% cpu on navigation screens again.

Log files attached are with use on the stable system with a 350w PSU.

    Hi,
Your graphic card (Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 (32 MB)) doesn't meat MP's requirements (min 64MB, recommended 128MB), so your cpu could be struggling with this....

    Regards
    Roy
