I have an ATI HD3200 and when I use MP1.0, I get 60fps OTA (US)(dxva/Pdvd9). When I upgrade to SVN or to 1.0.1, I only get around 50-52. I've tried different video codecs (which may reduce to 30 fps in SW mode). I've tried different audio codecs.
I can keep a backup of 1.0 and switch back to it and I go back to 60 fps. I've tried replacing codecs. It seems like at some point in time, something happend with the OTA live viewing.

Thoughts?

Framerate during playback just depends on Media+Codec. Your log might indicate further info.

    More information:
    AT HD3200 Catalyst 8.5

I believe it has to do with 1080i ATSC signals.

In MP1.0, with fraps I get a framerate of 60fps. Well that shouldn't be. It should be 30 but it looks good.
In MP1.0.1, I get around 50fps and it looks jittery.
In MP1.0.1, If I switch to EVR. I get 30 fps and it looks good.
In MP1.0.1, if I switch BACK to VMR9 (after using EVR) then I get 30fps and it looks good.

If I reboot my computer it goes back to around 50fps.

I'm tempted to install vista to get EVR HA.
