1080p videos not playing smooth on mp (1 Viewer)

Hi,

i'm getting problems playing 1080p on mp. video keeps to gets stuck every few seconds.
i tried using the Microsoft Codec, is there any hardware codec i can use?

720p plays great. also all other video formats.

Try coreavc. It gives good results to me on ION.

Try SAF v4 before you use coreavc. I tried coreavc and still had stuttering playback. SAF v4 fixed all the issues using ATI and Win7

Since you are using Win7 Ultimate, make sure that you have Aero turned on. I had turned it off thinking of saving resources and it pretty much did the exact opposite. Once I turned Aero back on, everything was silky.
