3D homepage requirements? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I've noticed that the 3d homepage thinggie in the standard skin isn't working on the new PC I've installed it on but it's working fine in on the TV in the loungeroom. Both have "enable animations" checked.

Are there any specific hardware/software requirements that it needs to run? Is a FX5200 videocard good enough?

I'm running winxp on a P4 2.8-800 HT chip with 512MB mem.

I think I read in another thread that the developers had removed the animation in recent SVN's due to the fact that new features were not supposed to be added at this point (feature lockdown leading to the next release). Are you using a different version on your new PC? I would imagine that your specs should be more than sufficient.

Ahh that makes total sense.

Yeah it's an older release on the other PC.
