7130 TV Tuner Card Help (1 Viewer)

I have a SAA7130HL PCI TV Tuner/capture card. I've been unable to configure it to work with MediaPortal. The program is unable to find the card/capture device. I even tried using this graphedit utility but was unsuccessful. I believe driver support for this card may be limited. Is there any advice and/ or step-by-step documentation on how this can work?
Any help would be very appreciated...
