If you open a picture, zoom in to 150% or more an try to zoom out MP stops zooming out at 99%. For testing you can use this picture:

Steps to reproduce:
- Download the picture or use a picture with more than 4 MegaPixel
- Start MP > go to Pictures > open a/the high resolution picture
- press Page_DOWN two or more times to zoom in
- press Page_UP to zoom out and view full picture
problem: zooming out to see the hole picture is not possible, zooming out stops at 99%

If you wait some seconds the osd is hidden. > OK , but if you zoom in/out again the osd is not shown again > BUG i think
