A couple of questions (1 Viewer)

Hi!

I am new to this fantastic looking environment.

I have a few questions that I'd like answers to before I get too serious.

I am at the time waiting for my real comp to arrive so that I am now just testing MP.

1. I have set it up on a portable PC and wondered if it is possible to use an external harddrive with MP. Will the program remember the "drive" if I unhook the ext. drive?

2. For the time beeing I am not going to use the TV module - I am just hooking my portable to my tv then I surf my computers mediafiles through MP.

3. I have installed WMP 11 and understand that that don't work. Is there an easy way to install WMP10 again? Will WMP11 ever be supported?

4. Is there any plans for supporting Vista?

I'm sure there will be more questions on the way - but I think it will be great to test out the system before the final install...

shouldn't be a problem as long as the drive has the same drive letter every time you plug it in

WMP is not required at all in MP.
MP has it's own internal media player

4. Is there any plans for supporting Vista?

MP works in Vista (i am using it in vista). the only thing that might have a problem is if you use the BASS engine for music playback.
