I wonder why you use the Tee, ms demuxer and the TIF filter in the capture graph. I have seen other aplications connect the capture filter directly to the capture device like this:

Network Provider -> Tuner -> Capture -> Capture Filter

I read some place that the TIF filter slows down stuff, because it parses many unnecessary tables.
