Audiostream-Selection dosen´t work with AC3 in MP 2.3.0

First I have to say that everything works fine with TVE3 installed, but I think TVE3 is still too slow an unstable.
In Mp 2.3.0 it works in some channels with mpeg, but like in Discovery HD I don´t even get the language selection in it the menu. In one channel I get selection but can only select mpeg.

Can anyone confirm if it is possible in MP 2.3.0 without TVE3, and if yes how.

Or if it is possible to change the audio somewhere else permanent, that would be fine too.
