ok...after being stupid and reinstalling my brand new laptop,there is absolutely no way I can get Acer Arcade software that is veeeery similar to Media Portal in both design and functionality (no support from Acer,local dealer,download,etc).Downloaded Media Portal,very nice piece of software,but I would like to know how to get my remote working.So please,anybody,can we try to make this work.....I'll provide all the data you need,just give a jumpstart on things I should do.many thanx
