Hello guys,

I have a problem with TV server. When i start the MP and go to the tv section i do the following steps:
1., select a channel and start the tv
2., start the recording from menu or remote control (it does not matter)
3., wait some minutes and stop the recording
4., close/stop the tv on the menu
5., try to start it again and it is busy.

After it, i start the tv server configuration/manual controll and the timeshift is active (you can see it as attachment)

thanks

    Usually the team releases weekly test builds including bugfixes from in this case RC2, because the bug is fixed it should be in the next weekly build, usually they appear on around friday but I'm not sure if they will release a svn test build this week because RC2 was released so recently.

    Hi,
    I can confirm this behavior & it's not fixed in SVN yet.
    You only see this issue if:
    1. Watching a channel
    2. Hit "manual record"
    3. Stop watching or stop recording
    In current SVN a dublo of Timeshifting card occurs & you're not able to stop it without restarting TV Service.

    Regards
    Roy

    I cant confirm this using SVN from today monday.

    goto TVhome.
    start TS'ing channel.
    start rec (hit "R", record until I stop).

    Now setuptv on server has this state;
    MTV timeshifting.
    MTV recording.

    Now I stop TS'ing, by hitting the stop button on tvhome (or keypress "b")
    Now setuptv on server has this state;
    MTV recording.

    The other way around, when stopping recording and continuing TS'ing...

    goto TVhome.
    start TS'ing channel.
    start rec (hit "R", record until I stop).

    Now setuptv on server has this state;
    MTV timeshifting.
    MTV recording.

    Now I stop recording, by hitting the "stop recording" button on tvhome.
    Now setuptv on server has this state;
    MTV timeshifting.

    So I dont get it...

    Hello, I never tested this just assumed there was a problem. Now I have tested it myself following the same steps as fattaru and I can't find any problems either with vanilla RC2.

    EDIT: I meant i followed the same steps as fattaru not as gibman as I wrote earlier

    well, it might have something to do with cam limit.

    Can u please tell us what cards u have in detail and what CAM/decrupt limits are set to ?
    see setuptv card section.
