I like how MPTV organizes my TV series, and that I'm able to view episode summaries through it. Is there a way that I can add TV series data to the plugin, without the location of the file being on my hard drive? This is because I have some TV series on DVDs and CDs, and not on my hard drive.

Don't know, but if I were you I would probably just rip them to disk.
