[Remote] Add Green Button startup function (1 Viewer)

hi, i was thinking that apart from including the possibility of disabling mce. mediaportal should take care of fixing the green button startup function.

asking an enduser to start messing with plugins and fixes only to start mp remotely i believe is not a good idea.
