[Skin] add help option to screens and OSD menus (1 Viewer)

something for the skin devs to utilize... create a new skin module available to each of the modules/screens, such as., DialogHelp.MyTVServer.xml, DialogHelp.MovingPictures.xml, or DialogHelp.MYMusicPlaylist.xml, that can be called from a button or context sensitive menu (info?) to help users unfamiliar to MP and the various skin operations by giving them a help screen designed by the skin dev.

So my wife can find answers when I'm not there....

It would be up to the skin devs to fill the screen with helpful stuff.
