I live in just east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For what-ever reason, my WinTV-HVR 1600 will not detect CIII-TV-41 (Global-DT) or CKXT-DT (Sun-TV) when I do a channel scan.

Is there a way to manually add these channels? How do I determine:
  • NetworkID
  • TransportID
  • ServiceID
  • PmtPID
  • anything else?
