Adding menu items (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I want to add a new menu item in the home to launch an external application Kylo Browser, from my research, looks like MultiShortcut is no longer an option, installing it says that it is incompatible with MP vers 1.1.2.

Is there a way to add such a menu entry?
