I was referred to MediaPortal after a post on another forum. What I'd like is an option to add the currently playing track to an existing/created playlist of my choice.

Sorry, I'm unsure if this area is Music, Organization, or Audioscrobbler, or ?

When a track is playing, I want to be able to add it to a new or existing playlist. If I want a playlist of "pop instrumentals" or "driving songs" or "songs with Jack Bruce on lead vocals" it would be convenient to be able to append on the fly. It appears that no software includes this feature. Not a lot of details, but hopefully I'm not asking for much! Thanks.
