FIX: User Configuration.exe here https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ting-out-standby-50788/index4.html#post350211 and enable S3Hack / workaround in MP Configuration -> General

Now that I got automatic wake up working to record scheduled shows I encountered a new problem.

After automatic wake up the TV picture remains black/blank (TV has been on all the time), I have to press mouse button to get MP visible, and MP is actually running fine in the "background". I've never had this kind of problem with manual wake up, so any ideas? I've tried MP settings "Turn on TV after stand by" and "Restart MP after stand by" with no luck. In ATI CCC I have enabled "Force detection of TV".

Funny thing is, if I have "Restart MP after stand by" enabled, after automatic wake up the screen is blank but the recording is working on the background, and until I press a mouse button, then I get a picture and only then MP actually (re)starts, so the MP restart is actually "delayed" until I press some button to get a picture. Manual wake up is working like it should.

    Hi Seco,

Exactly the same issues here. And I can tell you, we are not the only one! I think the problems will be caused by the PowerScheduler service. Manual standby/resume works perfectly, but when the system is waked up by PowerScheduler its a mess.

I hope this will be fixed soon.

    Regards,
    Nico

    Hi seco,

The same issue (I believe) is reported in several threads, e.g. https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...mains-blank-after-resume-s3-49521/index3.html.

I don't think this has to do with PowerScheduler. I use 4 The Record to record and have disabled PowerScheduler (in TV Server) and Power Scheduler Client (in MP) and rely only on Windows standby/resume functionality. I have my system enter S3 standby.

    /Peter
