After Playing a dvd Black screen (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

1 If my mediaportal is open, i put a dvd in the dvd player.
2 Then the system asks if i want to play this dvd.
3 I say play movie.
4 If I stop the movie , the system used to go back to the mediaportal.
Now my system doesn't go back to the media portal, but shows a black screen.....
The funny thing is that this black screen doesn't use the whole tv screen so in the background (on the sides) I can see that mediaportal is still running..

Does anybody has the same problem, and what is the solution to this??

Exactly the same issue here.

I've searched through all trhe settings but can't find anything.
On my system en complete new windows Vista 32 bit installation, MP1.0

I have the same problem since one week......

Which plugins and theme do you use, maybe it is related?

I use: drive free space, bleazle theme, my lyrics, For The Record, and sysinfo.

My problem is solved.

I found the solution in this forum
You have to load/install another codec for vieuwing video.
