after stopping external Player -> no picture (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I use TotalMedia Theatre as external Player for Video/DVD. After stopping playback, the MediPortal windows isn't displayed, but I can see at the VFD Display that it's reacting to the remote and for example it's possible to start other functions of MP.

If live TV is started at "blank" screen (and stopped) MediaPortal is shown fine again.

I already made a reinstall after which it did work fine, but it seems to come back again...

Has anybody an idea to solve this Problem?

This might be skin related. Did you try multiple skins?

And sorry to ask, but why use TMT as external player?

sorry, forget to update...

it seems to be dshowhelper releated... after making a new installation and a step by step install of all plugins and other stuff, I found out that changing this, crashes playback with external ...


I use TMT because I have some "old" HD-DVD's and (especially my wife) don't want several different Players/functions to playback media...
