"All cards are busy" when timeshifting server ? (1 Viewer)

When I start timeshifting on the TVserver engine I get this error : "all cards are busy".

This happens when I try to timeshift an encrypted channel.
I remember on previous server svn's got the "channel is scrambled" message instead. This was more correct I think.

It also happens when timeshifting a FTA channel on the ss2 card.
No problems on my dvb-t yakumo usb stick when timeshifting FTA stuff.

Please note that I am not running the client yet. If timeshifting does not work on the server, then it will not work on the client also.


The last working version for me is : tvengine3-02-14-2007--01-12h--Rev12957.zip

I am currently running : tvengine3-02-17-2007--01-13h--Rev12992.zip
(about to uninstall it, obviously )

I am using a skystar2 dvb-s device with beta WDM drivers 4.1.1.2 (20-08-2006).
Running on XP.

I have the same problem with my FireDTV-DVB-S/CI (in earlier versions it was ok---10.Feb.2007).

Hi

I have similar problems with the CAM Limit (currently set to 2):

Following Szenario:
Record movie in ORF 1
Switch to ORF 2 (its possible because same transponder)
Exit MP
Enter MP
Error Message that all cards a busy occures (TV wants to continue ORF2) - but only one access to the transponder. So I guess the current CAM usage isn't decremented correctly.
