(already implmented or a happy accident): support Chinese in playlist (1 Viewer)

hi,guys:
Async the code from SVN. I found some illegual charcters in the project stops me to compile the project

after clean up all of them, I found MP supports chinese in playlist now!

Only CORE.DLL need be modified. I replace the core.dll from release version(downloaded from this site) with my own, and it works perfectly

I've not tested if chinese is supported on home screen, I'll try this later.

Since I don't know how to upload files on this forum, the files which I modified is not uploaded. if you guys need them, please feel free to tell me.

please register on sourceforge.net (doesn't take a minute) and upload your files as patch.

It looks that sourceforge does not support uploading files bigger than 250kb.
