Just wanted to say how amazing Media Portal is. I've been fighting with various programs for the last couple of weeks and found Media Portal just amazing.
I remember trying MediaPortal ages ago but had loads of problems with MYSQL and gave up. Found out this morning the fact that you can use Microsoft SQL, so gave the the step by step Videos a try. After a couple of hours I have installed my media server as well as 2 clients
Looking forward to play (and break) loads of things in the future
