Hi, i've been looking the forum all day long to find how to put my tv card to work at MediaPortal and i couldnt had it done.

My tv card is a Hybrid and has Digital and Analog Signal, i live in Brazil, so i have to get its working using my Analog Cable TV Signal. I saw or a think i saw that the driver "HP ExpressCard TV Tuner - Hauppauge WinTV 885 TS Capture" is only for digital signal, am i correct? how to get my analog tuner to work?

I would apreciate if someone could help me, i am TI professional, so i have some knowledge to help doing it works.

I have exact the same problem

I have a HP DV9580us, and a HP expressCard Digital/Analog Tv Tuner, was working fine with Vista... but as vista SUCKS really bad i went back to XP pro, but now i can't make my TV tuner work with XP.

i get an error saying

"Unable to Create Graph for this Device"

Oh and by the way i can't make the Analog part working... the digital i think is ok because i don't have this error msg but i don't have a digital tv signal o test.

Have you done it work at Vista, capturing the analog signal?

I couldnt do it. The Media Portal just detect the Digital part of my hybrid card

Yes, it was working with Media Player(windows Vista Standard) but with MediaPortal it's not...

i just installed the driver that came with my computer and it worked...

nothing special, but i never tryed the Card with Mediaportal, Just Media Player and quickPlay

So we still need some help with the Analog signal in Windows XP !!!
