    Hi TheMerovingian

I think the problem is that your analog tuner is set up to produce video at 25 fps but your display refresh rate is 60 fps. You'll need to change the settings on your tuner from PAL (25 fps) to NTSC (29.97 fps). You can do that on the analog tuner's "settings" tab (wiki info -->here<--).

NTSC setting? In Germany? Okay, since I have no other clue I will give it a a try.

Set Frame Rate to NTSC -> restarted TvService.

No change. Problem still the same.

(To differentiale between a hadware defect and a simple mediaportal misconfiguration I tried to use the MediaCenter!
In mediacenter the analogue tv works just like in mediaportal before I formatted my hard drive and installed win7 64bit)

I only said that because the screen refresh rate in your screenshot was 60fps...

So you had it working before? What OS were you using? Have you checked the encoder settings?

The change is insignificant from Win7 pro 32bit to Win7 pro 64bit. On my 32bit everything was mediaportal-wise installed in the same way. saf5.2 and plugins...
Encoder settings? Do you mean those in the TVServer-config -> TVServers -> Hauppauge ...150 MCE -> Quality Control?
Bitrade is set to constant, High
Value is set to 50%, Peak Value to 75%
Video Standard PalB -> The only standard where I can find all the channels available in my cable
    Thank You for your help!

p.s. after I set the frame rate to ntsc and i could not see any change, when I tried to change it back to PAL the field with the setting was empty. Does this give any clue?
p.p.s. setting the frame rate to 15fps makes the problem even worse, so you seem to be on the right way

Either something must have changed or 64 bit is different enough to cause problems.

Try reducing the quality a little to see if it makes any difference.

p.s. after I set the frame rate to ntsc and i could not see any change, when I tried to change it back to PAL the field with the setting was empty. Does this give any clue?
No, no clue. PAL should be present - the card supports it. You could try deleting the xml configuration file in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\AnalogCard (hidden folder) to reset the MP configuration.

p.p.s. setting the frame rate to 15fps makes the problem even worse, so you seem to be on the right way
The tuner should be set to match the frame rate of the content (PAL in Germany) so that the hardware encoder works correctly. The display (renderer) refresh rate should also match the content frame rate, otherwise you will get dropped frames. Have you enabled dynamic refresh rate settings?
