TV Service problems haven't been sorted yet.....now can't even get into TV server config...

.....was fine a couple of hours ago...no changes to anything I'm aware of....
Her's the screen I' getting:
(I also get the 'No Free Tuner' message in MP)

Thanks.....tried the database update option.....a total anathema!
Went for 3rd option......and started again!

Is this situation likely to re-occur.....and can I do anything to prevent??
