[Rejected] Annoying Message when using TVMapping in setupTV mantis 2760 (1 Viewer)

When you have a DVB-S2 channels and go to channel mappings and current card without S2 checkmark set, you need to say ok to info message on every DVB-S2 channel.
If you have lots of it its really annoying.
That patch changes Setup tv behavior to generate only one message per channel listing cycle.
+ That behavior copied to Radio channel mapping to keep it the same.
